A Landmark Year for Doloc Town

Doloc Town's first year in Early Access has been a huge success, launching on May 8th, 2025 after four years of development. The team thanks all townies for their feedback and support, and shares a year-end recap of everything achieved so far.

Major Updates & Quality-of-Life Improvements

Since launch, Doloc Town has received two major content updates, one substantial QoL patch, and 17 hotfixes. Highlights include:

• Pastoral Waves (late August), new townie and the ranching system.
• Quality-of-Life Overhaul (late September), shared storage and community-requested fixes.
• Thrive & Ties (late November), new NPC storylines, 4 exclusive furniture sets, 6 head gears, and more.

Community & Support

Players helped shape the game through events like the Hat Creation Event, with some designs added in the Thrive & Ties update. The team also thanks the Community Localization Project volunteers and indie partners for bundles that brought Doloc Town to a wider audience.

Looking Ahead to 2026

Work continues toward the 1.0 release, with an adjusted roadmap to be shared transparently. A sneak peek teases a massive upgrade to Mody's Engineering Hangar and new furniture arriving soon.
