Doloc Town Sells Over 15,000 Copies in First Day of 1.0 Launch

Source: Steam Community

The full 1.0 launch of Doloc Town has been a massive success, with over 15,000 copies sold in the first 24 hours. The development team expressed their heartfelt gratitude to all scavengers who supported the journey from early development and the demo through Early Access and beyond.

In the announcement, the team acknowledged that player feedback, bug reports, and patience were crucial in shaping the game. They also promised to continue listening to the community and improving the game with care.

Known Issues

As part of the launch update, the developers shared a list of known issues. Some will be fixed in the next update:

  • Loading an older save with platforms constructed and crops planted inside tents may result in a black screen.
  • No text is displayed in the input box while naming characters or animals, though the name appears normally after confirmation.
  • Players may incorrectly unlock the “Abundant Collection” achievement without having obtained 10 fish variants.

The team is also investigating a map display issue when entering the Old City Ruins.

Players who encounter any other bugs can report them via the QA email, the official report form, or the Doloc Town Discord. The developers also welcome Steam reviews and encourage players to share their experiences.
