Doloc Town Reaches 150,000 Copies Sold
Just four days after full release, Doloc Town has sold over 150,000 copies worldwide. The developers thanked all Scavengers for their support and announced a special appreciation gift: a Decoration Hat. The hat is expected to be added next week via a redemption code, which will be announced on Steam and official social media channels.
To celebrate, they also shared a third Music Disk redemption code. You can now redeem all three in-game:
- Mysterious Melody #1: 12311
- Mysterious Melody #2: 24141
- Mysterious Melody #3: 35321
Redeem these by dialing the codes at the telephone booth on the right side of your farm. The developers also confirmed that all redemption codes are now permanent, so you won't miss out on new saves.
Patch 1.00.03 Bug Fixes
This update fixes several issues introduced since Early Access and full launch:
- Fixed Early Access save loading issues related to planters inside tents.
- Fixed player name text being cut off.
- Fixed repeating animations in the Old City Ruins quest.
- Fixed newly added fish variants being unable to dry.
- Fixed incorrect crop placement near the outpost entrance.
- Fixed incorrect interior decoration placement in the Mayor's Office.
- Fixed the "Abundant Collection" and "New Year's Eve Gathering" achievements triggering incorrectly with Early Access saves.
- Fixed various localization issues.
Known Issues and Mod Warning
The team is aware of several issues that will be patched next, including difficulty catching certain fish, automation drones failing, New Year Beast flight paths, camera issues at some resolutions, unexpected side quest triggers during the New Year's Eve storyline, UI extending beyond the screen after resolution changes, and a stuck state after losing to the Old City "Guardian." They are also reviewing a potential issue where in-game time may stop progressing.
Players reporting black screens or stuck issues should check if they have functional mods installed, as those are not supported in Steam Workshop and can cause unexpected problems. To remove them, uninstall by going to Steam Library, right-clicking Doloc Town, selecting Manage, then Browse Local Files, and deleting the BepInEx folder manually.
